Field of view: 5 mm. Radial groups of prehnite. The radial groups of platy transparent crystals with a vitreous luster are prehnite. The opaque white part at the upper left is the host rodingite.
Recovered from a prehnite vein in rodingite in serpentinite subjected to Greenschist facies metamorphism.
Prehnite from this location was described in 1976.
