Field of view: 30 mm. A group of calcite crystals. The rhombohedral transparent crystals are calcite. The massive grayish-white basement is the host limestone.
Recovered from a pocket of a recrystallized zone of a limestone block, Futagoyama Limestone, in an accretionary complex.
