It flowered in June - September. The petal was pale yellow CMYK=(0, 0, 40, 0), and the bract was yellowish green CMYK=(40, 0, 80, 10). Tips of 3 petals of the flower were rounded. A flower blooms for 4 - 5 days. 1 - 5 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 6 - 10 days. The flower was L 1 mm and D 1 mm. The stamens and the pistil were not visible.

The flower of the foliage sold as Tillandsia pedicellata. As the inflorescence is long and flowers are yellow, this is Tillandsia tricholepis. The blooming period is a month in June. Yellow flowers with 3 petals. 6 stamens and a pistil are not visible. A flower blooms for 2 - 3 days. Approximately 1 - 2 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 3 days.
