The blooming period is 10 days between August and October. Purple tube flowers with 3 petals whose tips are edged and reflexed outside. 6 stamens and a pistil are slightly sticked out of petals. A flower blooms for 1 - 2 days. 5 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 1 - 5 days.
