The flowering period is 9 - 16 days from May to July, and that of clumps is a months. Purple flowers with 3 petals whose tips are rounded and reflexing. Stamens and a pistil are not visible. A flower blooms 3 - 6 days. 2 - 5 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 3 - 6 days. Flowers give off fregrance at night but does not in the daytime at all.
