Field of view: 3 mm. Parasymplesite associated with arsenopyrite. The radial groups of acicular pale blue crystals with a vitreous luster are parasymplesite. The surrouning white host is arsenopyrite-bearing gangue quartz. The brown crusts are limonite.
Recovered from an open space of a quartz in a meteoric oxidation zone of a pneumatolytic deposit associated with S-type (Ilmenite-series) granodiorite.
