Field of view: 10 mm. Crystals of apophyllite-(KF). The cubic crystals are apophyllite-(KF). The surrounding host is andesite.
Recovered from a vesicule of an andesitic pillow lava of Hosoonotaki Volcanics Member.
Apophyllite from this location was described in 1896.
