It flowered from June - August. The petal was violet CMYK=(80, 100, 0, 0) with the white CMYK=(0, 0, 0, 0) tip, and the bract was reddish brown CMYK=(0, 40, 10, 30). Tips of 3 petals of the tube flower were edged and reflexed outside. A flower starts to bloom in the morning and withers in the next morning. 4 - 10 flowers bloomed from the bottom side of the spike at intervals of 1 - 2 days. The tube flower was L 22 mm and D 4 mm. 6 yellow stamens and a white pistil protruded 8 - 12 mm and 12 mm, respectively.

The blooming period is between July and August. Purple tube flowers with 3 petals whose tips are white and reflexed outside. 6 stamens and a pistil are sticked out of petals. The inflorescence is not branched. A flower blooms for 2 days. Approximately 4 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the flower spike at intervals of 1 - 5 days.
