The blooming period is 11 days between December and March. Purple tube flowers with 3 petals whose tips are rounded and reflexed outside. 6 stamens and a white pistil are not visible. Flower bracts are dark pink. It took only 2 weeks to bloom after the inflorescence appeared. A flower blooms for 3 - 5 days. Approximately 9 - 10 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the inflorescence everyday.
