Seed pods opened and seed were scattered approximately a year after it bloomed. Seed pods opended from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 1 - 2 days. 3 seed pods opened in 2021contained 64, 87 and 94 seeds, respectively.

A seed of Tillandsia x Moonlight. The length of seeds is approximately 20 mm.
