Cultivate indoors while the lowest outdoor temperature is below 15 degree C and the highest outdoor temperature is above 25 degree C.

Cultivate indoors using the air conditioner while the outdoor temperature is above 25 degree C. Keep the temperature below 25 degrees.

Open windows for a good ventilation while the outdoor temperature is between 15 and 25 degree C, for example, during the daytime in winter and the night in summer.
