Field of view: 5 mm. Mimetite associated with magnetite. The crusts of hexagonal yellowish-green prisms are mimetite. The balck basement is magnetite. The white part at the right is quartz. The light brown parts are limonite crusts on magnetite.
Recovered from a meteoric oxidation zone of a moderate-temperature hydrothermal deposit combined with skarn formed by contact metamorphism of I-type (magnetite-series) quartz porphyry.
