Mix quick lime with sand and water.

React carbon dioxide to salurated solution of sodium chloride (halite, evaporated sea water) and ammonia.

CO2 + NH3+ 2H2O + NaCl right NaHCO3 + NH4Cl

Add calcium hydroxide to the solution.

2NH4Cl + Ca(OH)2 right 2NH3 + CaCl2 + H2O

Melt 60% calcium chlorite (to lower melting point) and sodium chloride (halite, evaporated sea water), and apply electrodialysis.
