It flowered in December - March. The petal was blue C90 M80 Y0 K0 at the margin and yellowish green C30 M0 Y80 K0 at the center. The bract was red C10 M90 Y50 K0. The open flower was composed of 3 petals whose tips are reflexed outside. A flower blooms for a day. 4 - 7 flowers bloomed from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 0 - 3 days. The flower was L 35 mm, D 20 mm, and the lower tube part was D 5 mm. The petal was W 5 mm. The 6 stamens and the pistil protruded 6 mm and 12 mm, respectively.

The side view of the flower. The flower bract is red and 20 - 50 mm long. Sepal is white but its basement is green. The white part is 20 mm long, and the basal green part is 15 mm long.
