The flowering period was 30 days from March to April. Purple tube flowers with 3 petals whose tips are edged and reflexed outside. 6 stamens and a pistil are exserted. A flower blooms for 2 days. 7 flowers bloomed from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 3 - 6 days. The tube flower is 20 mm, and the stamens and pistils exserted 10 mm long.
