The blooming period is approximately a week between late June and early July. Purple flowers with 3 wide petals which are closed. a white pistil sticks out at the last day of the blooming period. The inflorescence is red. 2 flowers blooms at the same time for 2 days. Approximately 4 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 2 day.
