It flowered in January - February.

The petal was pale violet.

The tube flower was composed of 3 petals whose tips are reflexed outside. Petals were 30 mm long and the diameter of the tube flower was 4 mm. The stamens and the pistil protruded 3 - 7 mm and 10 mm, respectively.

A flower blooms for a day. 3 - 6 flowers bloom from the bottom side of the flower spike at intervals of 7 - 11 days. The interval is longer at the later stage of the flowering period.
