The blooming period is approximately a month between April and June. Purple flowers with 3 petals whose tips reflexed outside. Color of petals is darker at the bottom side and paler at the tip. 6 stamens and a white pistil are sticked out of petals. A flower blooms for 2 days. Flowers bloom from the bottom side of the inflorescence at intervals of 3 days, Inflorescences are red and branched. Central parts of leaves turn red during blooming period.
