The flowering period was 7 days in May. Purple tube flowers with 3 petals whose tips are reflexed inside. 6 stamens and a white pistil are sticked out of petals. A flower blooms for a day only. 2 flowers bloomed from the bottom side of the main spike at an interval of 2 days. In addition, a flower flowered on each 2 side spikes.
