• Lithofacies (Lower): Rhyolite tuff, Lava

• Thickness: 200 - 300 m or thicker
• Distribution (East - West): 14.5 km
• Distribution (South - North): 7 km
• Upper limit: Unconformity (Oku Formation)
• Lower limit: Unconformity (Ejiri Unit, Shshakiyama Formation)
