• Lithofacies: Pyroxene andesite blocks, Sands, Volcanic ash

• Thickness: 0 - 50 m
• Upper limit: Unconformity (Kisakata Debris Avalanche Deposit, Kotaki Formation, Older Dune Deposit, Older Fan Deposit)
• Lower limit: Unconformity (Nishime Formation, Chokai volcano products)

• Distribution: Hongo - Kotaki - Ozakai, Kisakata town, Nikaho city, Akita pref.
