Synonym: Tokachi Group (Matsui and Matsuzawa, 1985)

Matsui and Matsuzawa, 1985 defined Tokachi Group from Nukanai Formation to Nakazato Formation, whereas Takashimizu and Oka, 2007 defined Ikeda Group from Ikeda Formation to Nakazato Formation.
