Occurrence
Seidmentary placer deposit where heavy minerals are selectively concentrated physically by gravity on slopes. The deposits are usually not so far from the original places where the minerals were formed. Most of the colluvial placer deposits are composed of crystals from pegmatites, but metal minerals from metal deposits are rarely reported.
