Field name of Goethite and/or Lepidocrocite. it is composed of goethite in most cases.

• Formed on hydration of Smythite under humid condition.
• Formed by alteration of Beraunite.
• Formed by alteration of Hulsite.
• Formed by alteration of Ludwigite.
• Formed by alteration of Pharmacosiderite with Wad.
• Formed by alteration of Scorodite.
